

Introducing our First Edition Spooky's Chilli Crisp. It was inspired by the chef's trip to Christchurch.
This is, what we'd like to say, a cross of Salsa Macha and LaoGanMa (老乾媽), where we feature 6 types of Mexican Chillies for some heat and fruitiness, some nuts and seeds for the crunch factor, and instead of fermented Beans, we have Bread Dough Miso, which was aged for a year.
This is a part of Spooky's Re-Slice-Cle project, where we find ways to reuse the dough that we cannot serve.
